-Orders will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days of purchase (excluding holidays).

-Pre-orders can take 2-6 weeks to ship depending on the item, we will do our best to let you know each item's turnaround time.

-Once the order is delivered to USPS, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing orders.

-We have a 14-day refund policy, after receiving your items you have 14 days to postmark your item for regular price. Anything beyond 14 days will be exchanged for store credit.

-Allow up to 7 days from the time we receive your item for us to credit your account.

-To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, with no odor, no stains, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, you will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

-Sale items are final. 

-Damaged items. If you receive a damaged item, we must be notified within 4 days of you receiving your order. Please contact us at patchofheavenboutique@gmail.com. 

Please note: any items returned to us that do not follow the above criteria items will be returned to you at your expense.
